Question: What is the Peer Review Process?
Before a scientist can publish their work in a scientific journal, they must have their work Peer Reviewed.
The Peer Review Process involves two steps.
1. The scientist shows their work to another scientist.
2. The second scientist gives their 'opinion' about the quality of the work.
A peer is a person of equal standing to you. Or a person with the same status as you.
A student's peers are other students.
A scientist's peer is another scientist.
Teachers have no peers!
